Create and schedule content in the Content Hub calendar
Use Content Studio for creation and Content Calendar for date-based scheduling, review, and status tracking.

Content Studio is the creation space for drafts and generated content. Content Calendar is the planning surface where you choose a date, time, connected channel, and post content. Keep the two workflows distinct: a draft is not scheduled, and a scheduled item is not necessarily published.
Review the calendar after saving a schedule. Provider status can be pending, failed, or published depending on the external platform. Use the item’s status and error details rather than assuming that a successful save means the social platform has posted it.
Common questions
Can I schedule an AI-generated item? Yes, review the generated content first, then place it on the calendar. Why is the calendar empty? Check the date range, channel filter, workspace, draft state, and whether the item was saved as a schedule.
Steps
- Open Connected Channels and confirm at least one active channel.
- Create a draft in Content Studio or Content Calendar.
- Choose the date, time, channel, media, caption, and any supported options.
- Save the schedule and review its provider status from the calendar.
