Understand AI generation and universal AI credits

Sellxora uses a universal AI credit balance across supported AI features. A user may receive credits through an eligible product subscription and may be able to purchase additional credits through the supported account flow. The balance is linked to the user profile, not to one browser session or one module.
Consumption depends on the configured rate card, feature, provider, model, input or output size, and operation type. Text, image, and video generation should not be assumed to have the same cost. Review the credit history and generation result after each operation.
Common questions
Do Website Builder and Landing Page users need Content Hub to use their included AI? Supported module AI can use the universal balance without requiring a Content Hub subscription, subject to that module’s own access and credit allocation. What happens when credits are low? The operation should stop or request a top-up rather than silently creating untracked usage. Can I see purchase history? Use the AI credit account or Content Hub credit history where available.

- Open the AI credit balance from the account area.
- Review the feature and estimated credit use before generating.
- Generate content and inspect the resulting credit transaction.
- Use the supported top-up flow if additional credit is available for your account.
