Connect a channel and schedule content
Configure platform-specific channel requirements, create content, and schedule it on the calendar.
Connected Channels is the setup area for owned social accounts. Each provider can require different identifiers, tokens, permissions, and callback settings. Content Calendar is where you create and schedule posts after the channel is connected. Publishing remains dependent on provider configuration and execution support.
Steps
- Open Connected Channels and select the provider you want to configure.
- Complete only the fields shown for that provider and verify the connection.
- Create a draft in Content Studio or Content Calendar.
- Choose a date and time, select the connected channel, and save the schedule.
- Review the publishing status instead of assuming the provider has posted it.
