Find an answer before opening a support ticket

Search the Help Center first, then open and follow a support ticket with safe diagnostic information.

Version 1Last reviewed 23 Aug 2026
The Help Center is organized by outcome and module. Search by the exact page name, route, error text, or task you are trying to complete. Open the article and follow its steps before creating a ticket.

If the issue remains, open a support ticket with the affected module, safe reproduction steps, page URL, approximate time, and the visible error message. Never include passwords, API keys, webhook signatures, bank account numbers, wallet addresses, or full customer exports.

Common questions

Can I reply by email? If inbound support email is configured, reply using the ticket reference and avoid attaching secrets. How do I know support received my message? Use the ticket reference and status shown in My Tickets.

Steps

  2. Open the closest guide and follow its steps.
  3. Choose Contact Support or Open a ticket only if the article does not solve the issue.
