What is Sellxora? Sellxora is a connected workspace for creators, websites, stores, forms, CRM and marketing, content planning, advertising, affiliates, blogs, teams, and account operations.
What is the foundational offer? Creator is the foundational selling workspace for eligible digital offers, access, courses, downloads, and mentorship. Ecommerce remains the dedicated workflow for physical-product stores.
How do subscriptions work? Product access is controlled by configured subscription groups and limits. The Landing Page plan anchors the connected Landing Page, Website Builder, and File Manager experience; other products may be separate groups. See Billing and Plans for your account’s current access. Pricing amounts are intentionally not listed in this guide.
Are all modules available to every account? Creator and other public or account workflows may have different access rules. Protected modules check the required subscription or administrator role when opened and when actions are submitted.
Does a draft mean the public page is live? No. Websites, stores, Creator profiles and offers, blog publications, campaigns, and content schedules generally require an explicit save, review, or publish step.
Where are uploaded files stored? Use the platform’s upload controls and File Manager. Do not rely on local server paths or expose storage implementation details in public copy.
How do I contact support? Search Help & Resources first, then open a support ticket with safe diagnostics and keep the ticket reference for replies.
What should never be shared in a ticket? Passwords, API keys, webhook secrets, bank details, wallet addresses, payment credentials, and full private customer exports.
