Navigate the Sellxora workspace
Understand Overview, the workspace sidebar, the header toolbar, Quick Create, account settings, and administrator settings.

Sellxora uses one workspace for connected business tools. Overview is the starting point for your current outcomes, while the sidebar opens the products available to your account. The header toolbar provides global actions such as Quick Create, notifications, Help & Resources, and your account menu.
The Creator module is available as the foundational selling workspace. Other products, including Ecommerce, Marketing, Content Hub, Advertising, Website Builder, and Landing Page tools, appear according to your account access. Administrator settings are separate from normal user workflows.
Common questions
Why can I see a menu but not open it? A menu can be visible for discoverability while the destination still checks authentication, role, or subscription access. Follow the upgrade or access message shown on the page. Where do I find help? Use Help & Resources in the workspace or the Help link on the public homepage.
Steps
- Open Overview first to see the tools and outcomes currently available.
- Use the sidebar to enter a module instead of relying on an old bookmark.
- Use the account menu for personal settings and the Settings area only for administrator controls.
- Open Help & Resources whenever a workflow or access message is unclear.
