Understand subscriptions, access, and plan limits

Learn how product subscriptions unlock features, how the Landing Page anchor works, and why access is checked at the module boundary.

Sellxora access is organized by product capability. A subscription grants the permissions and limits configured for that product group; it does not automatically unlock every unrelated module.

The Landing Page plan is the anchor for the connected Landing Page, Website Builder, and File Manager experience. Ecommerce, Marketing and CRM, Content Hub, Advertising, and other products can be controlled as separate groups. Forms remain available through their own access rules.

How access is checked



Access is checked when you open a protected page and again when a protected action is submitted. If access is missing, Sellxora shows an upgrade or billing path rather than silently allowing the operation.

Common questions



Will subscribing to one product replace another subscription? Product subscriptions are represented independently; activating one should not remove unrelated access. Where do I see limits? Open Billing and Plans and review the product group’s included limits before using the module.

Steps

  1. Open Billing and Plans from the account or workspace navigation.
  2. Review each product group and its included access and limits.
  3. Choose the supported currency when a billing surface offers a currency selector.
  4. Return to the module after activation and verify access.
