Embed and style a form on a page
Use form embeds and page-editor widgets while keeping the form readable, responsive, and consistent with the host page.
Version 1Last reviewed 23 Aug 2026
A form can be placed on an owned Landing Page or Website Builder page through the supported widget or embed workflow. The form’s layout should match the host page and remain usable at narrow widths.
Keep the public form styling focused: readable labels, visible validation errors, accessible contrast, and a clear submit action. Test the embedded form after publication, not only inside the editor.
Common questions
Why does the embed show code instead of a form? Check that you copied the supported embed output and that the host editor accepts that embed type. Why are styles missing? Check the host page’s saved publication, asset loading, and form-specific style settings.
Steps
- Open the form’s embed or placement instructions.
- Choose the supported page or widget destination.
- Apply the form’s custom style and confirm it does not reduce readability.
- Publish the host page and submit a real test from the public URL.
