Manage Ecommerce products, inventory, and orders
Create products with images and stock details, then process orders using the store’s operational workflow.
Version 1Last reviewed 23 Aug 2026
A product record should communicate exactly what the buyer receives. Add a clear title, description, image, price, inventory or availability rule, and any delivery or fulfilment details required by the store template.
Orders should be reviewed from the store’s order area. Keep status changes, fulfilment notes, refunds, and customer communication aligned with the actual operational state. Do not mark an order complete merely because a payment request was started.
Common questions
Why is a product not visible? Check that it is active, assigned to the correct store, priced, in stock when required, and included in the published template. Why is an order not in the list? Check the store context, order status filter, payment result, and date range.
Steps
- Open the store’s product area and create or edit a product.
- Add the product image, price, description, stock, and delivery details.
- Save and preview the product in the storefront.
- Open Orders to review paid, pending, failed, fulfilled, or refunded states.
